In this role as Store Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire the retail team, driving sales and hitting KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure the store is well-stocked, competitively priced, and effectively promoted
• Build relationships with London’s street fashion and lifestyle communities, representing G-SHOCK
• Oversee the Assistant Store Manager and help execute store marketing initiatives like G-SHOCK Radio and in-store events

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience managing retail stores
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record
• Experience with team scheduling and managing retail operations
• Passion for fashion, urban culture, and brand representation
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
