This is a brilliant opportunity for a Store that has unlimited potential, we want a Store Manager who is an enthusiastic leader, someone who has amazing visual standards and takes pride in all aspects of store appearance and service.

We want to recruit a Store Manager who is hands on, commercial and results driven, a retail leader who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with an enthusiasm for delivering world class customer service!! The successful candidate will come from a large format background where you will work at pace but have control of all key departments.

As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Deliver high visual standards across all store departments
• Take pride in your store and go the extra mile
• Driving sales in store
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Able to work in a fast paced store
• Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
• Being an active presence on your shop floor at all times- no office management here!

Our Client's Store Manager role is the ideal role if you are looking to join a customer focused brand. To be successful for this position you will have demonstrable experience as a Store Manager or a General Manager in a large format or big box retail environment.
