Store Manager - MRD Recruitment : Job Details

MRD Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Store Manager, based in Perth on behalf of our leading Retail & E-commerce client. The successful Store Manager, based in Perth will report directly into the Operations Manager.

The successful Store Manager, based in Perth, will be responsible for driving sales and profitability of the store and achieving the highest levels of customer service. This role will include occasional weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities for the Store Manager based in Perth:

• To drive sales and profitability of the store.
• Achieve the highest levels of customer service.
• Manage a team in store and liaise with regional management to adhere to company policy.
• Ensure the visual representation of the store is maintained to a very high standard.
• Control costs and stock management as well as cash handling and till management.
• Manage all aspects of HR & Health & Safety, including fire marshal and first aid responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

Key Education/Qualifications for the Store Manager based in Perth:

• A minimum of 3 years previous management experience
• A full driving license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A bubbly and friendly manner
• A hard-working can-do attitude
• Exceptional time management and organisation skills
