We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to join a leading telecommunications company. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a store, drive performance, and deliver a world-class customer experience.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence. You will implement innovative ideas, products, and strategies to drive business transformation. Additionally, you will identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities while creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment. Collaborating with the Regional Manager, you will help develop and execute long-term success strategies.

We want someone who has:

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or sales environment.
• A strong track record of delivering commercial success.
• Excellent coaching and development skills.
• At least three years of experience in sales and management.
