You would work within a small team and would be taking lead on Regional reporting and analysis with a focus on KPI results. Apply to join #TeamAldi today!Your New RoleAlongside core responsibilities and duties you will also be expected to help out the wider team of Store Operations Assistants, Area Managers and Directors with ad-hoc requests. You will have to show resilience in times of high workload throughput as workload does jump and dip between the weeks/months/quarters. You will also be required to complete general Assistant responsibilities which would include:
- Administrative support / Personal Assistant duties as required to the Store Operations Directors.
- Creation of and maintenance of excel and database systems.
- Daily reporting and utilisation with SAP systems
- Ensures the security of any documentation and electronic data in the area of responsibility.
- Maintains appropriate backups and logs for data in the area of responsibility.
- Maintains an efficient and well organised filing system for the department.
- Ensures that all documentation in the area of responsibility is archived orderly for the correct period and arranges its disposal at the end of the archive period.
- Trains other employees where appropriate.
- Ensures that the workstation and surrounding area is well organised.
- Ensures that all communal areas are kept in appropriate condition.
- Works in accordance with the ALDI GB & IE Code of Conduct.
About You
- Proficient in MS Excel including the following: Formulas including VLookup & Countif(s); Conditional Formatting; Pivot charts and tables; Charts/graphs
- Understanding of basic IT and competent in MS 365 including SharePoint and OneDrive
- Quick learner
- Data inputting
- Comfortable switching between roles
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Can communicate at all levels
- Self-sufficient
- Manage demanding workloads and a variety of tasks
