Strategic HR Business Partner
2 days per week on site in Cheshire, covering multiple sites
£60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance and full benefits package
This is an exciting opportunity to work strategically with a multi-site, matrix structured, international organisation in the health & life sciences sector. You will work with the SLT to drive the HR people agenda through fast growth and scale-up, driving excellence and success.
DUTIES
- Partnering with a number of senior stakeholders across health and life sciences, which covers multiple sites including a manufacturing operation. You will develop strong relationships, deliver the HR agenda being supported by specialist functions and a HR service centre.
- With a focus on talent, succession planning, as well as engagement and employee development you will design and deliver key priorities across the UK, continually looking to build on improvement.
- A highly strategic role, you will monitor overall performance management, utilising data for key deliverables and working with the wider HR team including the Global Head of HR and your peers, this is an opportunity for you to really make a difference to the current ways of working.
- You will work closely with the ER team and be aware of escalated queries.
- Identify with your senior stakeholders, high performers in the business and ensure there are career paths and development available for them to success and progress.
- The HR function is in the midst of a change program, you will be responsible for leading on change, transformation, project managing HR change across health and life sciences.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a senior HR Business Partner role that is heavily strategic.
- Very open to sector / background but you must have had multiple stakeholders and led/designed and delivered the people strategy. Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, pharma or life science would be an advantage.
- You will have experience working on a broad range of generalist deliverables such as, talent, coaching, development, employment law, engagement and performance, compensation and analytics to name a few.
- Your customer service and relationship building skills will be first class and the top of your day-to-day agenda.
- Experience problem solving, working with data and delivering solutions is key
- You will have a commercial and strategic outlook and continually seek to improve processes and ways of working
- This is a hybrid role which will also cover multiple sites, so you'll be required in East Cheshire a few days per week and will travel to other sites as and when needed.
