Structured Cabling & Infrastructure Project Manager - Prize Placements : Job Details

My client is seeking an experienced Structured Cabling & Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team.

The Role:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned infrastructure projects, ensuring of the management of the day-to-day project onsite operations
• Work with end users, consultants and fit out contractors
• Deliver projects in the most cost-efficient way, whilst adding real value by building relationships and offering high quality installations.
• Monitor costs and ensure profit margin set for the project are met or exceeded.
• Manage the online documentation & control systems.
• Manage project warranties & test applications.
• Direct the project PSO team with Operation Manual collation & submissions for your projects
• Manage the project patch schedules & patching allocations
• Assist with future project Bid Presentations / Tender Returns
• Assist with the Pre-Construction and Design & Estimating teams as required
• You will be expected to carry out other reasonable duties in line with your responsibilities to assist in the smooth running of the business.

The Candidate:

The right candidate for this role will have previous structured cabling project management experience. They will have previous experience working with all manufacturers of the structured cabling systems, possess a high level of IT proficiency. Previous experience working closely with main contractors, senior management, and end users is essential for this role, along with the ability to co- ordinate others. You will be an excellent communicator and take pride in your project delivery.
