Our Primary Pupil Referral Unit is a place where we provide tailored support to students who need extra help to overcome challenges and engage with their learning.
What Will You Be Doing as a Students Support Worker?
- As a Students Support Worker, you'll work closely with primary school students, offering guidance and support in the classroom and beyond.
- You will assist students who may have behavioural or emotional needs, helping them to manage their feelings and improve their school experience.
- The role involves helping students stay engaged with their work and encouraging positive behaviour, both in lessons and during breaks.
- Every Students Support Worker in our team sits with the students during lunchtime, providing an opportunity to build rapport and create a sense of community.
Who Are We Looking For?
- You should have GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above).
- We want someone who is open-minded, adaptable, and committed to supporting young people - our best Students Support Workers are patient and resourceful.
