Highway Groundworks & Resurfacing: Shape the Future of St. Neots A leading civil engineering firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a major highway groundworks and resurfacing project in the St. Neots area. • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges on site.
