Our Consulting client is searching for an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect. As a SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of HR solutions using SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on the Employee Central module. You'll collaborate as the SuccessFactors Solution Architect with clients to understand their needs, architect solutions, and manage the full implementation lifecycle. Your role will also involve as the SuccessFactors Solution Architect, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and driving user adoption through effective change management.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive HR solutions using SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Employee Central module, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect end-to-end HR system architectures that integrate seamlessly with SAP and non-SAP systems, meeting performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of the Employee Central module.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes, identify requirements, and customize the Employee Central module to meet client needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and design documents.
- Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and manage the integration of Employee Central with other systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption, and create training materials for end-users.
You Should Have:
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing HR solutions with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central module.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including planning, configuration, and deployment.
- Expertise in integrating SuccessFactors with other systems and managing data migration processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, manage client relationships, and provide training.
