Superintendent Pharmacist - Prospect Health : Job Details

Are you an experienced Pharmacy Manager wanting to take the next step in your career?This successful and well-established, independent community Pharmacy group is looking to train an experienced Pharmacy Manager to be the Superintendent Pharmacist, and take responsibility for the day to day operations under the fantastic support structure of the vastly experienced current owner.

You will be shown how to be responsible for ensuring professional pharmacy standards and ensuring regulations are met, not forgetting a clear focus on patient care.

• If you are already an Independent Prescriber, you will have the opportunity to hold prescribing clinics and deliver Pharmacy 1st Plus
• If not yet IP qualified, full support will be given and DMP already approached

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Key Duties

• Overall control of the management of a pharmacy
• Professional and clinical management of the branch

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration
• Experience of being a Pharmacy Manager for pref 2 years
• Knowledge of the Scottish pharmacy contract essential
