NonStop Social Care is currently working with a well-reputed fostering agency in Birmingham. I am looking for an experienced supervising social worker for their team.

The IFA has a friendly, family orientated approach, community-based providing high standards therapeutic care services to foster carers and children looked after.

If you are looking to work with a forward-thinking, medium size fostering agency that does not have a corporate feel but an innovative family-orientated approach this role is for you.

Responsibilities

The supervising social worker will be responsible for supervising a caseload of carers in Warwickshire. Hybrid working available. Form F assessments are dependant on caseload.

- you are a Qualified Social Worker

- you have experience in fostering social work practice, as supervising social worker or local authority fostering team

- therapeutic knowledge and experience

- you have experience in safeguarding, front-line teams preferred
