Supervising Social Worker - NonStop Consulting Ltd : Job Details

Salary range: £36,000 - £38,000 + £3,800 Car allowance

Nonstop Care is working with a well established independent fostering agency, in West Midlands, who is looking for a skilled supervising social worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for you to work in an agency that offers a nurturing and supportive work environment. This is a home-based role aside from visiting your carers as the agency understands the importance of autonomy and work life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the quality of care and support foster carers, ensuring the children get the best care possible
• Manage a caseload in the South Cheshire and Staffordshire area.
• Responsible for assessments, supervision, and support to foster carers

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driving License
• Knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
