Pay: £17.35 per hour PAYE 

Full time (8am to 6pm) 

Location: EC3R

My client, a leading UK facilities management company, is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee and enhance operations in the Central London office. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Motivate, lead, and support teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Responsible for the cross-training of all team members.
  • Identify training requirements and development needs, including succession planning and skills gap analysis, and draft development plans accordingly.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to IT systems used by the Front of House (FOH) team.
  • Collate and record monthly statistics and maintain the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) site file.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Create and maintain a suite of operating procedures.
  • Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies.
  • Responsible for meeting room setups, support event setups and resets, and manage meeting logistics including overrunning and double bookings.
  • Perform daily building checks to proactively identify and address issues, ensuring general upkeep and tidiness of the floors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of IT systems relevant to front of house operations.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and workplace compliance.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and high-pressure situations efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
