Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Supervisor for a popular, expanding and service focused retail brand in their busy Chelmsford store, This role is a 36hour contract over 5 days, great opening hours!

As Supervisor you will work with a fun, experienced and high functioning team! You will be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in store and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. You will be leading a team to drive sales and service within the store.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager to lead by example, driving sales and maximising results
• Managing a team of Sales Associates
• Driving company expectations and KPI's
• Delivering exceptional customer service and influencing your team to do the same
• Inspiring, coaching and development of the team

Experience Required:

• Retail experience as an established Supervisor level is essential
• Background in a fast paced retail environment would be ideal.
• Experience with managing KPIs to improve current store performance
• Bubbly, fun & engaging personality - this is a fast paced environment so you will thrive in this setting.
