• 35-hour contract, working 5 days out of 7

• Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Take ownership of the retail floor, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and store standards
• Assist in stock management, ensuring the shop floor is well-stocked and presented
• Help oversee opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail space
• Support team training and development

• Experience in a Retail Supervisor or senior sales role within fashion retail
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire a team
• A hands-on, proactive approach to driving sales and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to challenges
• Passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service
