Supervisor of Order Management and Inside Sales, Bracknell:

  • Oversee daily order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Lead the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics and supply chain teams for order tracking and management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise order processing work-flows.
  • Manage customer relationships, handling escalations and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the inside sales and order management teams.

Profile
