Supply Chain Assistant

£30,000 to £35,000 (Depending on experience)

What will you do as a Supply Chain Assistant?

• Liaising with suppliers and raising POs for finish goods
• Organising movement of inbound stock into 3PL warehouse
• Working with 3PL warehouse and operations team to monitor inventory levels
• Assisting the operations manager with monthly stock forecasting
• Chasing outstanding POs and management of supplier invoicing
• Monitoring production schedules timelines with contract manufacturer

What do you need as a Supply Chain Assistant?

• Previous experience within a supply chain role in FMCG is essential
• Experience with ERP software ideally Unleashed
• Worked with 3PL warehouse and contract manufacturers
• Happy to be onsite in Southeast London 5 days a week
• Keen to learn and progress within supply chain taking on more responsibility
• Ability to build lasting relationships, goes above and beyond for customers
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
