Supply Chain Coordinator

£35,000(depending on experience)
We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our client in their export market, to assist in the export of goods from the UK, to ensure shipments comply with export regulations, and to liaise with the factory warehouse in order to deliver a high service level for their customers.

The Candidate:
- Experience of dealing with export documents
- Customer orientated focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to interact with other members of the team and other internal/external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time and Data Management
- IT literate
- Practical knowledge of SAP/Exact is nice to have
- Practical knowledge of MS Office programs
- Work in matrix organization and network
- Ability to work independently and be results driven
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the sales department mainly on exports to outside the EU
- Act as a main contact for export customer service activities
- Monitor production planning and notify internal customers of any delays
- Collect internal prices and update in ERP system
