Supply Chain Coordinator - The One Group : Job Details

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:

• Negotiate with suppliers
• Maintain supplier relationships, by telephone and email.
• Evaluate vendor performance, and address supply issues.
• Supporting technical purchase orders by preparing related information such as request form, written approval, and quotation to ensure timely placement and delivery of goods in line with project schedule.
• Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to meet production requirements.
• Supporting company's import and export worldwide Logistics activities including liaising with customs
• Optimise logistics processes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Work collaboratively with other teams internally.
• Recording all technical shipping and receiving details.
• Generate analysis data to support decision-making

You should be:

• Fluent in Mandarin
• A great communicator on the phone and by email
• Knowledgeable about Supply Chain / Import / Export processes

In return, you can expect:
