What You Will Do:

• Spearhead the development, implementation, and management of vehicle parts sourcing, using both corporate and bespoke systems.
• Conduct thorough due diligence for supplier sourcing to ensure alignment with the company's high standards.
• Optimise supply chain routes in collaboration with internal logistics support to enhance efficiency.
• Manage internal stock to ensure accuracy and support the build program.
• Develop and implement supply chain improvement roadmaps, coaching the team through transitions.
• Liaise with various departments to integrate base vehicle changes seamlessly into the Special Vehicle Manage the Change process.

What You Will Bring:

• Knowledge of development, implementation, and management of vehicle parts sourcing and supply chain route setups.
• A solid working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in Corporate PC-based MP&L programs and software packages.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging senior executives.
• Experience in special vehicle/prototype parts sourcing, procurement, and delivery.
• A relevant Engineering Degree, with a Master’s degree in a related field being advantageous.
