This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimising supply chain operations and managing business compliance.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will drive strategic improvements across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring optimal performance and service levels

• Oversee demand planning and inventory management to ensure stock availability and minimise waste

• Optimise logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery

• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives

• Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insights

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• Proven experience in a supply chain management role, ideally within a distribution or logistics environment

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to analyse complex data and drive strategic decision-making

• Experience with ERP and supply chain management software

• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
