As a Senior Project Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in this exciting journey, leveraging your expertise to make a real impact.What You Will Do:• Requirements gathering across operations to identify improvement opportunities and project scoping.• Prioritise projects for delivery based on the latest data to build the roadmap for digital transformation.• Manage day-to-day project activities, including running workshops with operational and technical stakeholders.• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with the Digital team.• Lead the implementation of data analytics and digital tools within Logistics Operations.• Mentor junior colleagues and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.What You Will Bring:• Proven experience in Supply Chain / Logistics, with hands-on experience in data analysis.• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data Visualisation Platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).• Familiarity with Supply Chain Systems such as ERP/MRP and logistics systems.• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present data to technical and non-technical audiences.• A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience, with a passion for technology and innovation.This role is not just about technical skills; it’s about being part of a team that is passionate about making a difference.
