Supply Cover Supervisor - Croydon Schools - January 2025

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in Croydon? We are seeking reliable and dedicated professionals to provide classroom cover in various secondary schools across the Croydon area from January 2025.

Role Overview:

• Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring students stay engaged and on task
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and focused learning environment
• Work between 1 to 5 days per week, depending on availability and school requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in secondary education
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students across a variety of subjects
• Adaptability, reliability, and excellent communication skills
