Salary: £138.32 to £160.22 per day PAYE (Dependant on exp) 

Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Analyst looking for a new challenge? Join my client, a regulator for optical professions, and play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, supporting operations and driving system improvements.

As a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst, you will be the product owner of their CRM system, responsible for its day-to-day management, training, and development of reports. You will coordinate future enhancements, undertake minor configuration, customization, and development work, ensuring the system is fit for purpose and meets the evolving needs of the organization.

  • Ownership and Impact: Manage the Dynamics 365 environment for approximately 60 users, influencing strategic direction and licensing.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including developers and third-party vendors, to implement enhancements and maintain high service levels.
  • Professional Growth: Engage in continuous professional development through hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Technologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support, including systems training and handling data queries.
  • Manage data synchronization and integration with other business applications.
  • Maintain and modify reporting structures, ensuring accurate data representation.
  • Collaborate on system testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and planning enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Dynamics CRM 365 (cloud version).
  • Strong configuration, customization, and development skills in Dynamics CRM.
  • Proficient in GDPR practices with experience handling sensitive data.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in user acceptance testing, training, and producing guidance documentation.

Salary : 138.32 - 160.22
