Support Developer Engineer - Salt Search : Job Details

We have partnered with a forward-thinking technology company that is seeking a Technical Support Developer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, troubleshooting technical issues, and working across a diverse technology stack.

In this role, you'll work closely with the client and customer success teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues. You will need to be highly analytical, able to prioritise tasks efficiently, and capable of diving deep into complex technical challenges. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on learning, enjoys working with a range of technologies, and wants to develop expertise across both front-end and back-end systems.

What You'll Do

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with the client and customer success teams to identify and diagnose system errors.
• Work across front-end and back-end technologies to implement fixes and optimise system performance.
• Maintain and enhance system configuration, databases, and AWS-hosted environments.
• Gain deep knowledge of the platform's features and architecture to provide efficient support and problem resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements to streamline technical issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

• A problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical experience in Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Express, REST API development, SQL, and Git.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and work across a variety of technologies, from UI to backend development.

Location: Central London - Hybrid Working - 1 day a week in the officeSalary: £40k - £55k
