We are working with an established & driven business who are looking for their latest star to join the team! We are urgently looking for a talented Support Engineer to be part of the next step of the company's evolution!

Due to continued growth, we are looking a creative & talented IT Support Engineer to be be part of our close knit team. You will be getting heavily involved with the full development life cycle and play a major part in the projects path and delivery.

As an IT Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on. Experience in 1st & 2nd Line support is required.

You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.

Our Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.

The role will suit an experienced Internal IT Support Engineer who has some experience in Database Support, ETL, and/or Data Management Tools

You will have:

• Solid experience it IT Support (Mac OS & Windows OS).
• Experience in working to SLA’s .
• Experience of supporting multi-site users.
• 1st Line + Support is essential.
• Experience in Database (SQL, MySQL, SQL Server etc), ETL, and/or Data Management Tools (SAP, Tableau Oracle etc) is Essential

Technical Skills Required:

• Desktop, Laptop & Device support.
• Working alongside outsourced MSP providers
• Software & Network Support
• Firewalls
• Experience with Database (SQL, MySQL, SQL Server etc), ETL, and/or Data Management Tools (SAP, Tableau Oracle etc) is Essential
