Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Ramsgate, Kent

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Your Role:

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a vital role in troubleshooting software issues, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. While you don’t need to have all the answers on day one, your eagerness to learn and resourcefulness in finding solutions will make you an invaluable part of the team.

Please note: Occasional out-of-hours support may be required.

Great Communicator - Capable of explaining technical concepts clearly via phone and email.

IT Knowledge (a plus!) - Familiarity with IT jargon, MS Office, and Windows OS is beneficial.

Troubleshooting Skills - Know how to find solutions, even if you don’t have all the answers upfront.

Reliability - Punctual and dependable in responding to customer queries and attending work.
