Key responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Head of Sales for wealth management and the business development directors to plan, execute and review the sales strategy for the defined client market.
- Co-ordinate and oversee the follow-up of sales activities generated centrally and by the regional sales teams.
- Work with key stakeholders to plan and organise sales visits and client presentations, ensuring sales messaging is relevant and up to date.
- Ensure consistent communication of wealth management products and services across the regional teams.
- Track and report regional wealth management sales figures and sales pipeline as well as monitoring regional activity and key account AUM.
- Provide the wealth management team with Super User support for core systems and feedback to the relevant business areas to improve efficiency and engagement with systems, including Salesforce.
- Ensure the regional sales support specialists have clear objectives and are delivering to a consistently high standard.
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience managing a sales support team within investment and/or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of investment products.
- Analytical skills, confident producing sales metrics/reporting.
- Project management and process enhancement experience.
- Ability to prioriritse tasks, manage time effectively and thrive in a deadline driven environment.
