Job title: Support Manager
Are you an experienced Support Manager looking for an exciting and challenging role within a growing business?
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day management on the telecommunications support function, ensuring customers receive exceptional customer service.
- Make sure the team is proactively working towards meeting/beating SLAs.
- Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly MI reporting to present to SMT and to customers when required.
- Work on strategy and forecast whilst reporting to the board how you are achieving against the plan.
- Ensuring that process documentation, work instructions and other ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 policies are adhered to and maintained.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate issues and solve problems proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- A high level of discretion and integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven experience as a manager/senior within an IT or Telecommunications business.
