Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading accountancy firm in Bristol. We are looking for a Support Services Manager to lead and improve the business support functions. This is a key role, ensuring efficient services across the organisation and making a real impact on its performance.
Day to Day:
- Manage and oversee the Support Services Team, ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Work with senior management and different teams to provide effective support services.
- Improve processes to boost efficiency and quality across the business.
- Lead and mentor team members, helping them grow and perform their best.
- Track and monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Build relationships with clients, helping to promote the company’s services.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Xero, IRIS).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to improve processes and meet targets.
