Support Specialist - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

This role sits within the Client team and will focus on private wealth products. The selected individual will be working with the Private Wealth Fundraising and Client team to support sales activities globally.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the coordination of all pre-sales activity, dealing with prospective private wealth investor questions and queries
• Support the business' distribution activities by producing marketing materials and coordinating the response to due diligence requests
• Managing the project pipeline across the fundraising lifecycle
• Market research and competitor analysis to position product materials to private wealth clients

Requirements:

• Experience servicing and/or responding to requests from a wealth client base - private wealth platforms and wealth managers
• Understanding of the selection criteria required from prospective wealth clients
• Experience writing and managing due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, bespoke client presentations etc.
• Good data management and superior analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Experience working with sales professionals
