In this rewarding role, you will help clients maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility, ensuring safety during transfers and movement.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding where necessary, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social activities, where required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a caring role is preferred but not essential (training will be provided).

- Reliable, punctual, and organised.
- A valid driver's licence may be required, depending on the role.
