Support Worker / Driver - Creative Support Ltd : Job Details

Join our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism in Woodlands, Doncaster. As a Support Worker / Driver, you’ll assist clients with daily tasks to promote independence, helping them lead fulfilling and valued lives.

In this role, you will provide outcome-focused support, enabling clients to maintain their tenancies, participate in their community, develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals. Your responsibilities include maximizing clients’ wellbeing and independence through ongoing, tailored care and support, and facilitating engagements with their peers and community to promote personal development.

Please note that drivers are essential for this service, as mobility vehicles are owned by service users and staff are expected to drive these vehicles. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence.
