We support 4charming gentlemen who are very individual in their own right.**What will I be doing?**Encouraging the people we support to live life to their full potential. A good work life balance is important to us alland we do require people to take their share of working weekend and evenings.We have short days, long days and sleep-ins are available but not an essentialrequirement. Our rota is published 8 weeks ahead so you can plan your lifetoo!### The Ideal Candidate**What skills and qualities do I need to have?**Whilst knowledge of learning disabilities and or autism may be beneficial, itisnt essential.
