Support Worker - Reed : Job Details

Position: Support Worker (2 Full-Time Positions)Shift Pattern: Split Shifts – 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM (10 hours per shift)Rota: 2-Week Rolling Rota (including weekends and bank holidays)

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Duration: Temporary post for 8 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with washing, dressing, and showering
• Meal preparation
• Administering medication

Requirements:

• Must be a driver with business insurance or willing to obtain it upon successful application
• NVQ qualification
• Experience working in the community
• Completed training in the following areas:
  • Moving & Handling of People
  • Food Hygiene
  • Health & Safety
  • Infection Control
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
  • GDPR
