Support Worker (Various Band Levels) - Chippenham, Wiltshire

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Wiltshire. All candidates must have eligibility to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.

About the Role We have Support Worker positions across different band levels, each with specific requirements for qualifications, experience, and skill sets. We will discuss the suitable band level and corresponding pay scale for successful candidates during the interview process.

Band Criteria and Pay Scale Pay and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: £11.45 - £12.40 (depending on band level)
• Annual Salary (based on 37.5 hours/week): £22,327.50 - £24,180
• Overtime Rates: £11.95 - £12.65
