Experienced Support Workers (Complex Care)

Location: Scottish Borders

• Day Shifts: £19 per hour
• Night Shifts: £22 per hourShift Patterns: Long days, night shifts, and early shifts available

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for providing outstanding care? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in the Scottish Borders, supporting a complex care service that makes a real difference in people's lives.

As a Support Worker, you will be providing 1:1 and 2:1 support to individuals with complex care needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering personal care tailored to individual needs
• Assisting with medication administration
• Supporting daily living activities and fostering independence
• Building long-lasting, meaningful relationships with the individuals you care for and their families

We're seeking compassionate and committed individuals who excel in communication and have a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in complex care support
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
• A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering lasting relationships
