Support WorkerLocation: RochdaleHourly Rate: £12.89 - £14.16 dependent on experienceHours: 36 hours per weekLength of contract: Until March 2025Are you an experienced Support worker looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to join our client’s team in Rochdale. This is a fixed term temporary position, working with a charity supporting people experiencing multiple disadvantages.Key Requirements:

• Relevant qualification to Diploma/Degree/NVQ Level 5, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work across the contract area and to travel to training and meetings.
• Clean driving licence and own car for work purposes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required.
• IT literate and experience in using data systems.

Your Role Will Include:

• To support individuals experiencing multiple disadvantages across the borough of Rochdale.
• To provide asset-based interventions to relieve disadvantage.
• To build strong, supportive and professional relationships with beneficiaries, partners and stakeholders.
• To report interventions provided and the impact of those interventions on the data system.
• To participate in raising awareness about the service and promote involvement in the service.
