Daytime healthcare are working with a Leading National Care Home Group to recruit a support worker with Care Home experience to join their care home in

Job Description:

• Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
• Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
• Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
• Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
• Providing, and encouraging, personal care.

Who are we looking for:

• Must be fully flexible for all shifts across 7 day week
• Must hold a Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle to enable them to visit different service users within the local community.
