- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the challenges faced by prison leavers and a passion for supporting their transition.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic support system
- Bring a solutions-oriented mindset, able to think creatively and adapt to the unique needs of everyone

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the housing, social work, or criminal justice sectors
- A recognized qualification in a related field, such as social care or community development
