Supporter Development OfficerHours: 35 hours per week (Mon - Fri)Location: NorwichSalary: £23,500 to £25,500 per annum

Our client, a wildlife trust is Norfolk's largest environmental charity with 38,000 members. The charity is committed to the protection and enhancement of Norfolk’s wildlife and wild places.

The organisation is seeking a highly motivated team player who enjoys using their own initiative, is flexible, organised and target driven. This key role has 2 primary objectives:

1) Support the creation and development of new and existing membership initiatives to drive growth through acquisition, retention, and reactivation of members

2) Support the creation and development of new supporter journeys & initiatives which deepens their involvement with the Trust

The successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience in direct marketing and/or membership/supporter/customer engagement with experience of developing effective communication and other activities which drive income growth. Relationship management experience is essential as this will be key to making the role a success.
