This is a fantastic achievement and we're incredibly proud as this is fantastic indication of how far we’ve travelled over the past few years.Our team is responsible for managing interactions and communication with our supporters’ using emails, telephone calls and social media interactions. Support is second to none and we pride ourselves on having a very open communication style between all members of the team so that help is available for you to be successful in your role. We are the first point of contact delivering an excellent supporter experience to members of the public and Alzheimer’s Society’s supporters. You will have enriching one to one conversations answering questions and building relationships to inspire supporters (and potential supporters!) about our work.
- Be the first point of contact for all general enquiries via telephone, letter, email and social media.
- Carry out engagement calling in an effort to thank, inspire and enhance the supporter journey.
- Take donations over the phone, accurately updating our supporter database.
- Pro-actively challenge your own work, and feedback constructively, supporting colleagues to continually improve the quality of our interactions.
