Job Title: Surveyor Project Manager Salary: £50,547 - £54,813 (Plus essential car user allowance)Contract: Permanent Location: Birmingham Hybrid working  Job Summary We are recruiting for a new Surveyor Project Manager to join our Assets Planning & Commissioning Team. As the directorate lead the Surveyor Project Manager will play an integral part in achieving our mission. The role will involve:
  • Delivering building surveying and project management functions within BVT’s Planning & Commissioning team
  • Promoting a culture which places customers first and aims to deliver a high standard of service.
  • Directly managing the delivery of capital projects and component renewal programmes.
  • To manage, control and forecast programme budgets and expenditure.
  • Undertaking surveying functions such as stock condition surveys and options appraisals, throughout BVT’s and other managed property portfolios.
 Person Specification
  • You will be values driven and focused on delivering great services. As the Surveyor Project Manager, you will bring the following experience and skills to the role:
  • Extensive experience in Asset Management or acting as a professional within a built environment discipline.
  • Proven relevant experience within a technical building services environment.
  • Proven pre and post contract administration.
