Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development team with any sort of assistance they might require.
- Assist with Salesforce and CRM
- Manage investor content, update marketing materials regularly and prepare bespoke presentations.
- Provide nuanced responses to client-specific due diligence, performance, attribution data requests, as well as ad hoc client requests, prospect research, and in-depth due diligence requests.
- Excellent reading comprehension and writing abilities, with the capacity to create tailored responses to inquiries about various aspects of the firm’s business.
- Balance proactive and reactive requests effectively.
- Coordinate complex tasks across teams and time zones while maintaining ownership and leadership over projects.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience similar role (Client Service, Sales Support, Investor Relations)
- Private markets exposure is desired but not essential
- Prior use of CRM tools, such as Salesforce are desired.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to make sound judgements.
- A passion for sustainability, particularly in relation to investment management and the broader capital markets.
- Experience with tools like Power Query, Power BI, or Microsoft AI is a plus.
- Self-sufficient, professional, and enthusiastic, with a collaborative attitude and a positive outlook.
- Ability to start soon on a one year fixed term contract
