Sustainability Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding multidisciplined consultancy who provide specialist services on a range of construction projects that vary in size and complexity. They are on the lookout for a Sustainability Consultant to hit the ground running for them in their offices in London.
Key responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant include:
- Manage and deliver projects from concept design to completion
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate sustainability strategies into all phases of the construction projects
- Use BREEAM expertise to achieve sustainability targets and enhance performance by providing certifications on projects
- Produce and implement circular economy, whole life carbon, and WELL certifications into projects
Essential requirements for a Sustainability Consultant are:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sustainability consultant within the built environment industry
- Degree within an environmental science or engineering discipline
- Experience delivering BREEAM Assessments across all stages of construction projects from inception to handover
- A BREEAM accreditation such as BREEAM AP would be beneficial
- Good knowledge of Whole Life Cycle Assessments and circular economy would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
