Are you passionate about creating a more sustainable future? Are you looking for a role in an innovative consultancy with more than 50 years in the industry? We are seeking a Sustainability Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team in Liverpool on a range of exciting projects!

As a Sustainability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in reducing environmental impact and enhancing sustainability across projects. You'll work closely with both internal teams and clients, developing innovative, practical solutions to meet sustainability goals while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities of the Sustainability Engineer position:

• Design and implement sustainable engineering solutions in line with environmental goals.
• Conduct sustainability assessments, audits, and environmental impact analyses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability into engineering designs.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on sustainability and environmental practices including BREEAM, LEED, WELL, FITWELL, SKA Rating and pre-planning assessments.
• Conducting Life Cycle Assessments and BREEAM Assessments.

Skills & experience required to be considered for the Sustainability Engineer role:

• An industry relevant degree related to engineering or surveying, for example environmental engineering, sustainable development, building services.
• (Ideally) have experience in sustainability engineering and/or have IES VE and OneClickLCA experience.
• (Ideally) have knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and sustainability standards (e.g., ISO 14001, BREEAM, LEED, Part L and Part O).
• Live in or near to Liverpool.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.
