Reed have partnered with an international professional services firm, recruiting for a Sustainability Manager in Bristol on a full time, permanent basis.
Your role will lead the development and implementation of the firm’s Sustainability strategy across all offices globally.

Day to Day of the role:
- Project manage sustainability activities to meet the firm’s sustainability targets and commitments.
- Build engagement and embed sustainability practices across the business.
- Effectively communicate the sustainability strategy and progress to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to reduce emissions and environmental impact, and implement improvements and innovations.
- Liaise with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations.
- Support sustainability committees and champions within the business.
- Provide subject matter expertise on sustainability and represent the firm at industry forums and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2/3 years+ experience in sustainability and environmental management, ideally within a similar role.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight timeframes.
- Awareness of the climate change and sustainability agenda and its relevance to the firm.
- Experience working globally across multiple locations with stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of delivering high levels of client service.
- Ability to build strong business relationships and excellent influencing and networking skills.
- Experience in employee engagement and communication.
- Knowledge and experience in preparing and submitting external sustainability reports.
- Strong data analysis and management skills.
- A confident, proactive individual who can manage their workload using their own initiative.
