Sustainability Manager - Leading Fintech - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

My Leading Fintech client are currently looking for a Sustainability Manager to take the lead on all Sustainability initiative.

This includes:

• Owning the annual emission measurement and reporting cycle, working with internal and external stakeholders to gather data, and calculate emissions.
• Leading the migration of their emissions data from excel models to an enterprise solution.
• Owning the claim level emissions model which underpins their forecasting and strategic capabilities.
• Creating and maintaining robust emissions forecasting and scenario planning.
• Setting up a monthly forum and reporting session to track emissions and initiatives relating to sustainability.
• Developing a deep understanding of their operations in order to identify new emissions reduction opportunities and working with supply chain owners to develop and deliver these.

The following skills/experience is essential:

• Previous experience in a Sustainability role
• Understanding of emissions calculations and reporting
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Excellent + bonus + good package
