System Administrator - VIQU Limited : Job Details

System Administrator (Mac and Windows) – 3-month contract – London/Remote

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator/End User Compute Engineer to join our team during a transitional period to ensure seamless infrastructure support, with a key focus on access management, permissions, and user lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding).

You are required to have experience with both Mac and Windows and have the knowledge to manage both sets of devices using Intune and JAMF.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Management: Ensure secure and efficient provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning of user accounts and permissions.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee user setup, device provisioning, and permissions during onboarding while ensuring data security and compliance during offboarding.
• System Administration: Provide hands-on support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure during the transitional period.
• Device Management: Administer and manage devices using Intune and JAMF to ensure compliance and security.
• Collaboration Tools: Maintain and troubleshoot Google Workspace and Azure environments to support user productivity.
• Network Management: Set up and manage secure remote access, including VPN configurations and troubleshooting.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in IT support or system administration roles.

Strong knowledge and practical expertise with:

• Working with Jamf MDM
• Working with Intune MDM
• Employee onboarding and device retrieval carriers
• Managing Azure Entra ID
• Administering virtual machines
• Operating and managing Google Workspace
